These teas are all direct trade, sourced by Rare Tea Company from farmers, grown without herbicides or pesticides. All of these teas may be infused multiple times; with each careful infusion, different subtleties of flavor are revealed.

Single Estate Lost Malawi English Breakfast black tea, 50g tin: Handcrafted black loose leaf tea blended from harvests across one small, independent estate in the Shire Highlands. The oldest tea estate in Malawi and still family run. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2.5g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 1-2 minutes using 185° water (or 212° if adding milk). May be infused at least twice.

Silver Tip Jasmine white tea, 25g tin: A Chinese White loose leaf tea, also known as Jasmine Silver Needle, made entirely from the first tender leaf buds of Spring. Not flavored but carefully scented over six consecutive nights with fresh jasmine flowers. Once the preserve of the Chinese Imperial family. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 1-2 minutes using 158° water. May be infused at least twice.

Whole Chamomile Flowers herbal tea, 25g tin: The very best blossoms carefully hand processed. Without the hurly-burly of industrial machines, the delicate flowers are kept whole, delicious, and beautiful. No flavorings, colorings, or caffeine. Chamomile is believed to help calm the mind and body and is renowned as a gentle sleep aid. These wonderful flowers can be enjoyed throughout the day, whenever a moment of calm is required. Sourced from a small farm near the banks of the Drava River in Northern Croatia. Naturally caffeine-free. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 1-2 minutes using 158° water. May be infused at least three times.

Himalayan Ginger & Lemongrass herbal tea, 30g tin: A warming and bright blend of organic Sri Lankan Lemongrass and pure Ginger from the high Himalayan region of Sikkim in India. Tangy lemon drops with a warming ginger background. Naturally caffeine-free. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 30 seconds to 1 minute using 212° water. May be infused at least three times.

South African Wild Rooibos herbal tea, 50g tin: The real South African Red Bush. Beyond organic, this Rooibos is harvested completely wild in its indigenous habitat in the Cederberg Mountains. Naturally caffeine free. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2.5g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 1-3 minutes using 212° water. May be infused at least twice.
