Single Estate Lost Malawi English Breakfast black tea, 50g tin: Handcrafted black loose leaf tea blended from harvests across one small, independent estate in the Shire Highlands. The oldest tea estate in Malawi and still family run. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2.5g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 1-2 minutes using 185° water (or 212° if adding milk). May be infused at least twice.
Himalayan Ginger & Lemongrass herbal tea, 30g tin: A warming and bright blend of organic Sri Lankan Lemongrass and pure Ginger from the high Himalayan region of Sikkim in India. Tangy lemon drops with a warming ginger background. Naturally caffeine-free. Use 0.1oz of leaf per 5.5oz water (2g of leaf per 150ml water). Infuse 30 seconds to 1 minute using 212° water. May be infused at least three times.
