What's better than our Juicy Strawberry or our Juicy Grape? A blend of them both, along with our Brazil Diamond, roasted on the lighter side, to add a hazelnut note to the mix! The Juicy coffees have been fermented with strawberries and grapes to give them their unique flavors. They were processed with multiple fermentation cycles: fermenting with dehydrated, ground fruit for five days, then dried for another ten days to promote a higher retention of flavors. The Brazil Diamond is a naturally processed coffee that has been fermented for 14 days, to break down sugars into the seed, and then was sun-dried on raised beds.
